How long does it take to build my trailer?
Most builds are ready 4 to 6 weeks after you approve the design. You get a firm delivery date the day the drawing is signed off, and we keep you posted through every build phase.
Will it pass a California health inspection?
Yes. Every trailer we build is designed to meet California Health Department requirements, and we hand you the documentation your county inspector asks for.
Do you deliver outside Bakersfield?
Yes. Delivery is included anywhere in California without any extra cost: Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Fresno, Sacramento and everything in between.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We work with lenders that finance food trailers, including first-time owners. Mention it in the form and we walk you through the options on the call.
Can I see your trailers before I order?
Yes — visit our Bakersfield showroom to see trailers in person and talk through your layout. Reach out and we'll set up a time.
Do I need a full custom build, or can you keep it simple?
Both work. Some vendors want a fully custom taqueria trailer with a hood, griddle and fryers; others need a simpler concession setup. We design to your menu and budget, and everything is offered in English and Spanish.
